What we do
Our work covers residential and commercial carpentry, joinery and shopfitting. We work with clients, architects, interior designers and contractors to manufacture pieces and installations suited to the space, design and intended use.
Custom furniture
We design and manufacture individual furniture pieces according to each client’s requirements, including dining tables, desks, consoles, beds, shelving and statement pieces. With a choice of materials, dimensions and finishes, each item is made specifically for its intended space.
Kitchens & living spaces
Our custom cabinetry and joinery includes kitchens, islands, TV units, shelving, feature walls and integrated furniture. Each installation is planned around the available space, practical requirements and overall interior design.
Bedrooms & fitted storage
We manufacture built-in cupboards, wardrobes, dressing areas and custom storage, as well as individual bedroom furniture such as beds, headboards and bedside units. Every piece is made to fit the room and make practical use of the available space.
Commercial & shopfitting
STUK01 provides specialist manufacturing and installation for offices, retail environments and commercial interiors. Working with contractors, architects and designers, we manufacture according to project drawings and specifications, with close attention to quality, installation and deadlines.
Reception & feature joinery
From reception counters and feature walls to timber cladding, slatted detailing and architectural features, we manufacture custom joinery that forms part of a larger interior design. These projects often involve specialised construction and a combination of materials and finishes.
Bespoke joinery
Some projects require something outside the usual furniture or cabinetry categories. With the ability to work in solid timber, plywood, board products and steel, STUK01 manufactures custom solutions for unusual dimensions, specific requirements and specialised detailing.
Our approach
From design to installation
Every project starts with understanding the requirements, whether we’re working from an initial idea, reference images or detailed architectural drawings. Our team then handles manufacturing and installation, with Kobus remaining personally involved throughout the process.
